What Are Templates?

A template is a pre-configured session blueprint — it contains the session title, goal, join form fields, and a full sequenced list of activities with their settings. When you use a template, all of this is imported into a brand-new session with a fresh session code. The original template is never modified.

My Templates Coming Soon

Saving your own sessions as personal reusable templates is planned for a future release. For now, only the 22 system templates are available.

How to Use a Template

Templates are applied on the Add Activities page (the step after creating a session), under the Template tab — not on the Create Session page itself.

Steps:
  1. Create a session (title, description, join form)
  2. On the Add Activities page, click the Template tab
  3. Filter by category or browse all 22 templates
  4. Click a template card to preview the activities it contains
  5. Click Add Activities — they are appended to your activity list
  6. Edit, reorder, or delete individual activities, then Save Session
Tip: Template activities are added to whatever you already have — they don't replace existing activities. You can combine multiple templates or mix with manual activities.
