1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using TechWayFit Pulse ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

TechWayFit Pulse is a workshop engagement platform that enables facilitators to run interactive activities including polls, word clouds, quadrant matrices, and guided analysis sessions. The Service provides real-time collaboration tools and data collection capabilities.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Be responsible for all activities under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

  • Illegal activities: Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or ordinances
  • Sexual content: Create, share, or facilitate sexual or explicit content of any kind
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
  • Transmit harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable content
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users' accounts
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service's operation or servers
  • Collect personal information from other users without explicit consent
  • Use the Service for spam, phishing, or other malicious purposes

Violation of these terms may result in immediate account termination and reporting to relevant authorities.

5. Workshop Data and Content

You retain ownership of all content and data you create through the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to host, store, and process your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

Workshop sessions have a default time-to-live (TTL) of 6 hours. After this period, session data may be automatically deleted unless explicitly saved by the facilitator.

6. AI-Powered Features

The Service may use artificial intelligence to generate session content, analyze workshop data, and provide facilitation assistance. AI-generated content is provided "as is" and should be reviewed and validated by facilitators before use.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any loss resulting from service interruptions.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TechWayFit Pulse and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms of Service. You may close your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service immediately ceases.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms. We will provide notice of significant changes.
