Privacy Policy

1. Information We Collect
TechWayFit Pulse collects minimal information necessary to provide workshop facilitation services. This includes:
- Account Information: Only your email address and name. We use Email OTP (One-Time Password) for authentication and do not store passwords or authentication credentials
- Participant Information: Limited to participant name (optional) and custom data fields configured by the facilitator for specific workshops
- Workshop Data: Session titles, activities, and participant responses (which may be anonymous)
- Usage Data: Basic log data for service operation and debugging purposes
2. How We Use Your Information
We use collected information to:
- Authenticate you via secure email-based one-time passwords (no password storage)
- Provide and maintain the Pulse workshop platform
- Enable real-time collaboration and data collection during workshops
- Generate reports and analytics for facilitators
- Improve and optimize our services
- Communicate with you about your account and our services
3. Data Storage and Security
Your data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption. Workshop sessions expire after 6 hours by default, and all associated participant data is automatically deleted unless explicitly saved by the facilitator.
We only store your name and email address for account purposes. We do not store passwords—authentication is handled through secure one-time passwords (OTP) sent to your email.
4. AI Context and Processing
When you use AI-powered features to generate session content or get facilitation assistance, any context or prompts you share are sent to the AI service provider for processing. We do not persist or store this AI context data. The AI-generated responses are provided to you in real-time and are not saved to our servers beyond the session scope.
5. Anonymous Participation
Participants can choose to respond anonymously during workshop activities. When anonymous mode is enabled, we do not collect or store personally identifiable information linked to those responses. Even when participants provide their name, we only collect the name and specific data fields that the facilitator has configured for the workshop (such as department, role, or other custom fields).
6. Data Sharing
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. Workshop data is only accessible to the facilitator who created the session and participants with the session code.
7. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access your personal data (name and email address)
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your account and associated workshop data
- Export your workshop data and participant responses
- Opt-out of non-essential communications
Note: We maintain minimal data—only your name and email. Sessions automatically expire after 6 hours unless saved, and AI context is never persisted.
8. Cookies and Tracking
We use essential cookies to maintain your session and preferences. We do not use third-party tracking cookies or analytics beyond what is necessary for the platform to function.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.
