How long do sessions last?

Sessions have a default time-to-live (TTL) of 6 hours. After this period, session data is automatically deleted unless you explicitly save it. You can extend or save sessions from the facilitator dashboard.

Can participants respond anonymously?

Yes! Participants can choose to provide their name or remain anonymous when joining a session. Anonymous responses are not linked to any personal information.

How do I share a session with participants?

Each session has a unique 6-character code. Share this code with participants, and they can join by entering it at /participant/join. You can also share a QR code or direct link.

Can I reuse session templates?

Yes! You can save sessions as templates and clone them for future workshops. Templates preserve all activities and settings but generate a new session code each time.

How do I export session data?

From the facilitator dashboard, click on a session and use the export button to download responses in CSV or JSON format. All activity results can be exported individually or as a complete report.

Is there a participant limit?

There is no hard limit on participants, but performance may vary depending on your server resources. The platform is optimized for workshops of up to 100 concurrent participants.
