Learn the basics of creating and running workshops with TechWayFit Pulse

Create Your Account

Start by creating a free facilitator account. We use email OTP (One-Time Password) authentication—no password to remember!

Steps:
  1. Click "Sign In" in the top navigation
  2. Enter your email address
  3. Check your email for the OTP code
  4. Enter the code to complete sign-in

Create Your First Session

Sessions are workshops where participants join using a unique code in XXX-XXX-XXX format (e.g., ABC-DEF-GHJ). Each session can have multiple activities.

Session Creation Process:
  1. Session Context: Add title, goal, context, and optional group organization and schedule
  2. Join Form: Configure up to 5 custom fields for participants (name is always collected by default)
  3. Submit: The session is created and you're taken to the Add Activities page
  4. Add Activities: Add activities manually, from a template, or using AI generation
  5. Launch: Go live and share the session code with participants
Tip: On the Add Activities page, use the AI Create tab to generate a full set of activities from a simple description of your workshop!

Add Activities

After creating your session you land on the Add Activities page. Choose one of three ways to build your activity list:

Manual

Pick an activity type and configure it from scratch — full control over every setting

Template

Apply one of 22 pre-built system templates spanning 5 workshop categories

AI Create

Describe your workshop and let AI generate a suggested set of activities instantly

Activities you can add include:

Polls

Single or multiple choice questions with real-time results

Word Clouds

Collect keywords that visualize as interactive word clouds

Quadrant Matrix

2x2 positioning exercises for prioritization and analysis

5 Whys

Guided root cause analysis with structured questioning

Share with Participants

Once your session is live, share the session code with participants so they can join.

Ways to Share:
  • Session Code: A unique code in XXX-XXX-XXX format (e.g., ABC-DEF-GHJ)
  • QR Code: Display the QR code for quick mobile scanning
  • Direct Link: Share the full URL to the join page
Note: Sessions have a 6-hour time-to-live (TTL) by default. Make sure to save or export data before expiry!

Monitor & Facilitate

Use the facilitator view to control activity flow, monitor participation, and view real-time results.

Facilitator Controls:
  • Activity Status: Open, close, or hide activities from participants
  • Live Dashboards: View real-time responses and analytics
  • Presentation Mode: Display results on a shared screen
  • Edit On-The-Fly: Modify activities even after session is live
